Our very first consignor at the Alberta Craft Council, Cantine is a legendary fine craft artist who has contributed to the world of craft not only as a maker, but as a teacher and mentor to many Albertan jewellers and metal makers. We are excited to share a video interview with Karen that was filmed during her recent exhibition Karen Cantine, Metalsmith at 80 at the Discovery Gallery of the Alberta Craft Council, Edmonton. Karen will be in attendance online to answer questions and say hello.
