The Alberta Craft Council is excited to present an Experiential Tour and Workshop in partnership with Nickle Galleries, led by artist Sandra Sawatzky.

Sandra will lead a tour of her exhibition The Age of Uncertainty, currently on display at the Nickle Galleries. The tour will take place from 10.30am to 12pm.

After the tour Sandra will lead a hands on workshop of embroidery techniques at the Alberta Craft Gallery at cSPACE from 1pm to 3pm. Learn about Sandra’s techniques and how she masterfully creates such large scale, colourful works of embroidery. All materials provided.

Please note transportation between locations is not provided. Parking is available at the University of Calgary Art Parkade, and at cSPACE (1721 – 29 Avenue SW ).
