Alberta Craft Council’s presents Bright Nights with Carissa Baktay

In conjunction with her exhibition Form(ed) at the Alberta Craft Gallery – Calgary from May 6 – June 24, 2023. Carissa Baktay will speak about her recent body of sculptural work. Combining found objects with glass, hair and textile, the artist will elaborate on her use of symbol, language and gendered body in her performative artifacts and installations.
