ONLINE SHOP UPDATE!
Due to a very high volume of orders, our Online Shop will close on December 22 at Midnight (MST).
No new online orders will be processed after this time until the shop reopens in January.
Orders placed between Saturday, December 19 to Tuesday, December 22 will be shipped, delivered, or ready for pick up on Wednesday, December 23.
If you are picking up an order, make sure you visit our shop by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 23. Our shops are closed from December 24 until reopening in January.
FAQ ONLINE SHOP
My item is a gift, can I have it wrapped?
Yes - Your item will be packed in a gift box with a ribbon and gift tag if you select THIS IS A GIFT option before you add it to your cart. You can also leave a short personal message to be included in the box with your gift.
We will not put a receipt in orders marked as gifts.
I cannot check out to purchase my item; what is wrong?
If you have issues checking out, you most likely have items from multiple locations in your cart. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders with Edmonton and Calgary items in the same transaction since they are different stocking locations.
How long will my item take to ship?
We are processing orders as quickly as possible but we are a small team and it may take us a few days to pack and ship your order. We are closed Sunday and Monday, so orders placed on those days will get processed on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Due to a higher than normal volume of holiday shipping, Canada Post’s anticipated Holiday mailing dates are subject to change without notice and on-time delivery guarantees are currently suspended.
I do not want to select Google Pay, how do I pay with my credit card?
Simply select the green checkout button when you are done shopping, you will be prompted to fill in contact and payment information using your credit card.
