Kudos: Matt Gould in World of Threads Festival 2016 - Oakville, ON

Three pieces from Matt Gould's Totems of the Masculine series have been selected for the World of Threads Festival 2016 out of 300 applicants from around the world. The three works selected are bm - be vewy, vewy quiet! (right), cw - daisy, daisy... and cb - sporty, but responsible. Matt's uses vegetable dyed leather, industrial wool felt, plywood, metal and waxed thread in his work.

World Of Threads is a biennial festival showcasing contemporary fibre and textile art in all forms which fits hand in hand with the limit pushing fibre and leather body of work that Matt Gould is known for.
